خشونت پلیس در جامعه آمریکا با تمرکز بر اقلیت‌ها

چکیده
این مقاله بر آن است با نگاهی اجمالی به تاریخ نژادپرستی در آمریکا به وقایع جامعه آمریکا که منجر به کشته­ شدن تعدادی از اقلیت­ های نژادی در این کشور توسط پلیس شده است، بپردازد و دلایل خشونت پلیس آمریکا، علیه اقلیت ­ها را ریشه ­یابی نماید. همچنین ابعاد مختلف خشونت­های پلیس علیه اقلیت­ های سیاه­ پوست، سرخ ­پوست، لاتین ­تبار، زرد پوست، مسلمان و یهودیت ضد صهیونیست به اجمال بررسی می­ گردد. نخست با بهره ­گیری از مطالعات اسنادی، مقالات و داده ­های موجود در مورد خشونت پلیس آمریکا علیه اقلیت ­ها فیش ­برداری و اطلاعاتی کلی از رفتار پلیس با سیاهان، لاتین ­تبارها و سرخ ­پوستان، زرد پوستان و مسلمانان و یهودیان ضد صهیونیسم گردآوری شده و سپس به اجمال دلایل عمده این خشونت ­ها بررسی شده است. خشونت پلیس آمریکا علیه اقلیت ­های این کشور و حتی مظنونان کودک و نوجوان گروه ­های اقلیت، نگرانی ­های زیادی در جامعه آمریکا به وجود آورده است. به نظر می­ رسد این مسئله سابقه در نژادپرستی ریشه ­داری دارد که از دیرباز در ایالات متحده آمریکا، حکمفرما بوده است. از سوی دیگر، خشونت به کار گرفته شده از سوی پلیس آمریکا (سبوعیت پلیسی)، بازتابی از خشونت نهادینه شده در جامعه این کشور است.

چکیده English

This article, through a cursory glance at the history of racism in the United States, moves fast forward to the current events in the American society, which have led to the frequent bouts of killings of ethnic-religious minorities in the country by the police, in order to find the root causes of police violence in the US. It also briefly reviews different aspects of police violence against the Afro-Americans, Amerindians, Hispanics, Mongoloids, Muslims and anti-Zionist Jewish minorities. First of all, on the basis of documented studies, the titles of existing articles and data on the US police violence against minorities were gathered, the general information on the police behavior toward these groups was collected, and the major causes of this violence were briefly surveyed. Police violence in the US against the country’s minorities, including children and teenaged suspects, has caused a lot of concern in the American society. This issue seems to have a record in deep-rooted racism ruling the American society for a long time. On the other hand, the violence enforced by the US police (police brutality) is a reflection of the internalized violence in the society of the country.
