لزوم رعایت تعادل در ترجمه اخبار؛ بررسی ترجمه عربی خبرهای منتشرشده در خبرگزاری‌های ایران

چکیده
ترجمه اخبار از زمان پیدایش روزنامه‌نگاری مدرن در اواسط قرن نوزدهم، یک عنصر حیاتی در تولید اخبار بوده است و در ایران نیز مورد توجه واقع شده است. اما نکته اصلی در ترجمه اخبار فارسی به زبان‌های دیگر، ناظر به رعایت نکردن چارچوب‌های زبان مقصد در این ترجمه‌هاست. این مقوله به معنای تحقق نشدن تعادل در ترجمه است که باعث شده است معنا به درستی منتقل نشود و یا حداقل با کاستی‌هایی انتقال یابد که در ترجمه اخبار فارسی به زبان عربی خود را نمایان کرده است. دلیل اصلی این اشکال، ناشی از رعایت نکردنِ اصول درست ترجمه و اسلوب‌ها و ساختارهای زبان عربی است که در قالب نظریه تعادل و مدل سه‌وجهی نقد ترجمه قابل بررسی است. این مقاله با هدف بررسی تحقق تعادل در ترجمه اخبار فارسی به زبان عربی در خبرگزاری‌های مطرح ایران، نگاشته شده است. برای تحقق این هدف 20 خبر ترجمه‌شده خبرگزاری‌های ایرنا و ایسنا به لحاظ مطابقت با زبان عربی از منظر رعایت دستور زبان، استفاده از کلمات و واژه‌های مناسب و جمله‌بندی متناسب با ذائقه عرب‌زبانان به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتایج حاصل، حکایت از این دارد که حذف بعضی از کلمات در ترجمه بدون وجود هرگونه دلیل موجه باعث لطمه‌زدن به مفهوم اصل خبر شده است. همچنین در اخبار ترجمه‌شده‌ی منتشره وجود مشکل نامانوس بودن جمله‌ها برای مخاطب عرب‌زبان مشاهده شده است که ناشی از ترجمه کلمات اشتباه، ترجمه کلمات بدون توجه به سیاق متن و خبر، اشکالات صرفی و نحوی، ترجمه کلمات بدون توجه به تشابه لفظی و توجه نکردن به روش‌های جمله‌بندی نویسندگان عرب است.

چکیده English

News translation has been a crucial element in news production since the emergence of modern journalism in the mid-nineteenth century, and has also been a consideration in Iran. However, the main issue in translating Persian news into other languages is the failure to adhere to the frameworks of the target language in these translations. The primary reason for these challenges is the lack of adherence to correct translation principles and the styles and structures of the Arabic language, which can be explored within the framework of the theory of balance in translation. This article aims to examine the achievement of balance in translating Persian news into Arabic in the leading news agencies of the country. To accomplish this, 20 translated news articles from IRNA and ISNA news agencies were assessed for adherence to Arabic language grammar, use of appropriate vocabulary and phrases, and sentence structures suitable for Arab speakers using qualitative content analysis. The findings reveal that the omission of certain words in translation without justification has distorted the original news meaning. Additionally, the translated news articles exhibit issues with sentences that are unfamiliar to Arabic-speaking audiences, stemming from incorrect word choices, lack of consideration for text and news context, morphological and syntactic errors, translation of words without regard for verbal similarities, and neglect of Arab writers' sentence structure methods.
