چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با تمرکز بر مطالعه موردی بی‌بی‌سی فارسی و ایران‌اینترنشنال به بازنمایی تصویر جنگ اوکراین و روسیه در رسانه‌های خبری فارسی‌زبان پرداخته است. جنگ بین این دو کشور شاهد پوشش رسانه‌ای گسترده‌ای بوده و بازیگران مختلف از بسترهای رسانه‌ای، برای پیشبرد اهداف خود استفاده کرده‌اند. هدف این پژوهش، تبیین بازنمایی و چارچوب‌‌بندی جنگ اوکراین و روسیه در اخبار بی‌بی‌سی فارسی و ایران‌اینترنشنال است. داده‌های این پژوهش با استفاده از تکنیک چارچوب‌بندی اخبار جنگ اوکراین و روسیه در این شبکه‌های خبری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. حجم نمونه تحقیق یکسال خبری، متشکل از چهار هفته و 28 روز خبری از سال‌های 2021 تا 2023 است که به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده است. در یافته‌های این پژوهش، به رویکردها و دیدگاه‌های شبکه‌های خبری بی‌بی‌سی فارسی و ایران‌اینترنشنال در روایت مربوط به درگیری پرداخته شده است. شبکه خبری ایران‌اینترنشنال با ترسیم انعقاد پیمان‌های دیپلماتیک و اقتصادی بین دو کشور، سعی در ترویج عدم‌تعرض به استقلال و حقوق ملی اوکراین داشته و رویکرد بی‌طرفانه به دو طرف را حفظ کرده؛ در حالی که بی‌بی‌سی فارسی تمرکز خود را بر روی جنبش‌ها، خیزش‌های مردمی و انتقادها به نفع اوکراین گذاشته است. هر دو شبکه خبری از میان چارچوب‌های عام خبری، به چارچوب‌های «نسبت دادن مسئولیت» و «علائق انسانی» بیشتر از دیگر چارچوب‌ها و به «چارچوب پیامدهای اخلاقی» کمتر از دیگر چارچوب‌ها توجه نشان داده‌اند.

چکیده English

This research focuses on a case study of BBC Persian and Iran International TV networks examining the representation of the Ukraine-Russia war inforeign Persian-language news media. The conflict between these two countries has received extensive media coverage, with various actors using media platforms to advance their diplomatic agendas. The purpose of this research is to analyze the representation and framing of the Ukraine-Russia war in the news coverage of BBC Persian and Iran International. The data for this research has been analyzed using news framing techniques applied to the Ukraine-Russia war coverage on these news networks. The research sample consists of four weeks and 28 days of news from 2021 to 2023, selected purposefully. The findings discuss the approaches and viewpoints of BBC Persian and Iran International news channels in their conflict-related narratives. Iran International News Network has attempted to maintain peace and promote diplomatic and economic agreements between the two countries, striving not to infringe on Ukraine's independence and national rights while maintaining an impartial approach to both sides. In contrast, BBC Persian has focused on movements, popular uprisings, and criticisms favoring Ukraine. Among the general news frameworks, both news networks have given more attention to the "attribution of responsibility" and "human interest" frames than others, while the "moral consequences" frame received less attention.
