چکیده
جنبش بی‌دی‌اس، با هدف فشار اقتصادی و سیاسی بر رژیم صهیونیستی و در راستای اهداف ضد‌نژادپرستانه، آزادی‌خواهانه و بشردوستانه برای مردم فلسطین در 9 جولای 2005 پایه‌گذاری شد. در مقاله پیش‌رو تلاش شده تا با بهره‌گیری از «نظریه هنجاری» و «جنبش‌های اجتماعی»، این جنبش معرفی و اهداف، کارکردها و دستاوردهای آن تبیین شود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد علی‌رغم تلاش رژیم اسرائیل و حامیانش مبنی بر معرفی بی‌دی‌اس به‌عنوان جنبشی ضدیهود و خواستار محو رژیم صهیونیستی، بی‌دی‌اس در قالب رویکرد حقوقی، مدنی و غیرمسلحانه‌ توانسته از طریق ارتباط با اتحادیه‌های اقتصادی، مراکز دانشگاهی، انجمن‌های دانشجویی، مراکز مذهبی و جنبش‌های برابری‌خواه در سراسر جهان، عملکرد ضدحقوق‌‌بشری رژیم اشغالگر را منعکس کند. این جنبش مدنی از کشورها به‌عنوان واحدهای سیاسی مستقل و همچنین سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد خواسته تا رژیم صهیونیستی را به‌دلیل عملکرد ضد‌حقوق‌‌بشری در ابعاد مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی و علمی تحریم کنند. افراد مشهوری در عرصه‌های سیاسی، دینی، علمی و هنری از این جنبش حمایت کرده‌اند. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد می‌شود ابعاد مختلف این جنبش در قالب برنامه‌های متنوعی مانند گزارش‌های خبری، مستند و برنامه‌های میزگردی در شبکه‌های برون‌مرزی از جمله پرس‌تی‌وی و العالم هر چه بیشتر تبیین شود.

The Global Movement for Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions against Israel: The Nature, Objectives, Achievements and Providing Media Strategies

چکیده English

The movement of BDS as acronym of Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions was founded on July 9, 2005, with the aim of putting economic and political pressure on the Israeli regime and in line with its anti-racist, liberal and humanitarian goals for the Palestinian people.  The present article tries to introduce this movement by using "Normative theory" and "social movements" and to explain its objectives, functions and achievements. The research method was descriptive-analytical. Findings show that despite the efforts of the Israeli regime and its supporters to introduce BDS as an anti-Jewish movement which call for the elimination of Israel, this movement in a legal, civil, and unarmed approach, has been able to reflect the occupier regime's inhumane actions through its links to economic unions, academia, student associations, Religious centers, and egalitarian movements around the world. This civil movement called on countries as independent political units as well as non-governmental organizations to boycott the Zionist regime for its anti-human rights actions in various political, economic, cultural and scientific dimensions. Famous people in the political, religious, scientific and artistic fields have supported this movement. Accordingly, it is suggested that the various dimensions of this movement be explained in the form of various programs such as news reports, documentaries, and roundtable programs on IRIB's World Service channels, including Press TV and Al-Alam.
